How it came to be
The original system has developed back in 2006 at the request of the Stroud Show Treasurer. The committee were tired of working the entire show and not actually getting to enjoy the show they spent so much time and effort on running.
For it's first test, the entire previous 2006 show was entered into the system and the system picked up six mistakes that had been made where prizes had been handed out incorrectly.
Every year improvements and new features have been added to the system to help it grow and adapt.
